Best Ritualist Build to use while VQing
I was wondering if it was better to use the Spirit Spammer build with the discord trio or use the discord build with the discord trio? I have found out that both work equally as well.
But the point is what do you guys think?

I've done an absolute ton of vanqing for both factions and run many experiments on the necro heroes and found that running the AP caller bar for discord was alot more work and was actualy a touch slower than using the spirit spammer build, as long as I was running fiendway anyways. If you run a spammer, modify one of your heroes with a little bit of points invested in curses so that hero can cast suffering, enfeebling blood, weaken armor. This way you dont have to be supplying the hexes and condis. You will be hexing often with painful bond however.
Another handy modification is going "fiendway" on the heroes instead of "minion bomber". If you decide to run this you will have to run 2 copies of verata's sacrifice and 1 BotM on your heroes to keep your minion army up. Since youre animating bonefiends you will need SoLS for energy management. Put recuperation with 12 in resto on one of your heroes, this will give your minions 3 regen. 20+ bone fiends firing whilst standing in your ebon battle standard of honor is sexy. Run 14 death on your heroes to keep the maximum allowable minions to 27, this way BotM will not kill your hero. I run this build in Drazach Thicket all the time using h/h and get vanq times of around 28 minutes with no cons whatsoever. When I was using the AP caller bar I was getting times of 30 or more minutes.

This is with 12 channeling, 12 communing, 7 SR. Gaze of fury is great if you are vanqing an area with lots of ranger or rit spirits to steal.

This is with 14 death, 11 SR, 8 curses, 10 resto. He is running a sup death and a sup curses to run those attributes, but he never dies where I'm vanqing so what the heck.

When initiating agro, wait for your minions to decide where they are gonna stop while fighting, then plant your ebon ward at their feet to enjoy all that extra damage. If you plant the ward upon agro, the minions tend to run up ahead of it. Hope this helps.

I have found that discord works best with the AP caller build. Spiritspamming however can be very good with a sort of sabway setup. I usually bring Master of Whispers as an AoL minion bomber, Olias as an SS MoP curse necro and Livia as an N/Rt resto healer, some times putting Icy Veins on her skill bar.

The AP caller works fairly well, but in my experience its no better (and occasionally worse due to things like hex removal) than something else which can apply hexes where needed. My necro heroes are setup to provide both hexes and conditions themselves so there's not much of an issue I guess, but on my rit I find that painful bond + YMLaD works better than the AP caller. Plus spirit spam is better for the early stages, before you have a minion army up and running. Good hunting.

SoS/SoGM rit or AP caller.
I favor the SoS rit simply for its ease of use and incredible damage output. AP isn't particularly OP compared to other AP casters who abuse it to a better extent.
With your Rit build you should consider heroes that fit your toon.
Anthem Paragon, OoV Healer, MB is a good set up that I use often.
OoV Smite, ER infuser, MB is also excellent.
You can also try going exclusively Channel, which is very easy to do, and use a SoGM spirit spam rit. Likewise the other way can also work, though SoS on a hero is better than SoGM.
Discordway and Sabway are good for ease of use, but you can do better with a more in tune set up.

Communing Rit/P - Communing spirits with Anthem of Disruption
Restoration Healer (synergizes with so many spirits nearby)
N/Mo - Aotl MB with PS and Protecton.
...works very well for me.

Love this build. Tried it on my rit, worked like a charm. I think I may use the bonefiends more now
